What it is
A behavioural assessment based on the DISC model, which describes four behaviour styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.
Each participant receives a report with their profile, strengths, motivators and how to communicate better with the other styles.
Used alongside coaching, it helps put the right people in the right roles and reduce team conflict.
