What it is
Weekly or fortnightly sessions, just you and your coach, working on the growth of the business and your own growth.
We start by defining what you really want, for the company and for your life, and build the plan to get there. Then I follow execution week by week.
Includes the annual goal alignment and the quarterly GrowthCLUB, where the next 90-day plan is built.
