What it is
A business MasterClass with video lessons from Brad Sugars, ActionCOACH’s founder, and in-person group sessions led by the coach.
The goal is at least a 10% increase in sales or revenue. Each participant commits at least four hours a week to working on the business, not just in it.

Format
12 weeks. One video lesson of about 30 minutes a week and a one-hour group session led by the coach to apply what was learned. For groups from several companies or for one company’s team.
